B.L.I.S.S. Girl Fashion Break!

So I decided to head out to a party memorial day weekend in A.C.  Lil  Jon was Djing at Mixx at the Borgota and I'm like they had to have some at least throw back 90s-00s hip hop and R&B  jams! Anyone who knows me knows that's my favorite genre of music. I was so not disappointed and had an amazing time!

But... back to my outfit, I was really into my orange vibe because it represents freedom and fun loving, more on color charting later, but wanted to be bright and colorful but be simple. So this was my true definition of a budget outfit:
